Rottnest Foundation joins Philanthropy Australia

We're pleased to share that the Rottnest Foundation is now a member of Philanthropy Australia, the national peak body for philanthropy. 

This membership connects us with a broader network of trusts, foundations and philanthropists across the country, and will support our ongoing work to build fundraising capacity and secure the funding needed to bring our 5 Priority Projects to life. 

The Foundation has attended a number of Philanthropy Australia’s excellent events, including the launch of the first Western Australia Snapshot of Giving Study, which revealed a strong culture of generosity across the state and highlighted clear opportunities to strengthen awareness of structured giving and support long term community impacts.  

We look forward to drawing on this network and their valuable insights as we continue to grow strategic partnerships and giving in support of Wadjemup / Rottnest Island.
