Inaugural Ambassador’s Evening
On 18 August, we held our inaugural Ambassador’s Evening. The event provided an opportunity for our Board to share our recent activities and achievements and to discuss with the Ambassadors their insights and ideas into progressing the Priority Projects.
Hosted at the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club, by Simon Williams, Andy Fethers and Sally Hollis from the Rottnest Foundation, we were joined by our Ambassadors; Sandy Barblett, John Langoulant and Sue Campbell.
Excitingly on the night we were able to share our refreshed brand and our recently finalised Fundraising Document, alongside some key points from our newly developed Strategic Roadmap. It was encouraging to hear our Ambassadors positive feedback on our new direction and collateral, and their enthusiasm to move forward.
Our Ambassadors support the Foundation, helping us to deliver our Priority Projects for the future of Wadjemup. They champion the Foundation, identify opportunities, and share our vision to the wider community. Bringing their passion for Rottnest Island, they help the Foundation make a lasting contribution to the future of the island.
