A huge thank you to Rottnest Express for the multiple ways they support our Foundation

The Rottnest Foundation would like to officially say a huge thank you to Rottnest Express for their continuous generous support of our organisation! On the 8th of October 2015 a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was officially enacted between Rottnest Express and Rottnest Foundation to strengthen our partnership and formalise the multiple ways that Rottnest Express support us! In 2014, Rottnest Express provided 365 return ferry fares for volunteer travel to help implement the Wadjemup Bidi project on Rottnest. Rottnest Express generously repeated their sponsorship of the project in 2015 and has agreed to support the trail until its expected completion date of 31st December 2018,  by providing up-to 500 free ferry fares annually for volunteers to help build the trail. Rottnest Express also provides sponsorship to the annual Rottnest Festival of Sail event, donates prizes for the Rottnest Foundation Raffle and is also a  major sponsor of our 2016 Calendar, which features stunning photos that capture the essence of Rottnest. We simply could not have produced the calendar without the support of the Rottnest businesses. Rottnest Express have also added a page to their website, so that when people are booking ferries, they are also given an option to purchase a Rottnest Foundation Membership! This is amazing support and  the best opportunity to-date that our Foundation has ever been given by another business promoting through their own marketing platform, to create awareness about our organisation’s purpose. Thanks again Rottnest Express. We look forward to the exciting future ahead and working together towards our common goal; conserving our unique and beautiful Island so that it can continue to be enjoyed for many years to...
